About

MY STORY

When I finished school I went to university and started studying law but soon discovered that the black and white world of the law is not for me.  I did end up completing a degree and afterwards went travelling, starting in the UK as most people do.  From there I hopped from country to country, visiting some amazing places and doing some amazingly fun things for about 10 years and finally settled here in Perth.  I'm always the one 'taking a photo' or 'Happy Snappy' as my husband calls me.  When I got my first "good" camera before a long trip around Australia and New Zealand, I fell in love!  I love to take photos.  If I could be a wildlife photograher, living off taking photos of wild animals in Africa, I would!  Wildlife is definitely my first passion.

I also love to travel!  The world is there to be explored and by exploring I don't mean visiting for 2 weeks and staying in a 5 star hotel, no.  To me, traveling is visiting a location and seeing how the locals do it.  Traveling off the beaten track some might say.  Only then can I say I have truly visited a place.  Don't get me wrong, there definitely is a time and place for 5 star-all inclusive-beach escapes too, I just call those "holidays".

My other big loves are family, shopping, socialising and sport!

If I had to summarise myself in 3 words it would be (in no particular order): loyal, proud and fun!  I am lighthearted with a good sense of humour.  I appreciate (and only look for) good quality and a good time.  Life is for living! xx

FAVOURITE THINGS

My favourite things would have to be: a good glass of wine, a coffee, a Bentley car, to sit on the beach and nature.  I really do appreciate nature:  Tiny little flowers, the silhoutte of a great big tree, a majestic big eagle, an inquisitive dolphin, oh I could go on all day!

There's also not much that can beat a beautiful landscape.

FAVOURITE PLACES

I always fancied myself being a bit of a beach babe but growing up in a city far away from a beach threw a little spanner in the works.  Maybe growing up without it still makes going to the beach one of my favourite places!  I also love Dunsborough!  The feel of the place is just food for my soul, take me there any day! xx.  If I have to think bigger and further afield, a safari park would be my second all time favourite place to be.  Theres something about the silence and yet the sounds of the bush.

As far as actuall countries go...I'd have to say the Greek islands, maybe: warm water, warm weather, good seafood and a great nightlife what more can you ask for?  But in saying that, I've been to quite a few amazing places and it really is hard to call... All I can say is, this world truly is a unique and extraodinary place and if you ever get the opportunity go explore for yourself xx
